Hummus and Tabbouleh
Super Simple Hummus (low-fat)
blend:
1 can chick peas
1 small lemon juiced
1 tbsp tahini
chopped garlic (to taste)
water or bean liquid until desired consistency.

Soak 1/2 C Bulgar in 1 C water for about an hour
Chop parsley, tomato and green onion in small pieces.
Mix ingredients together and add Lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
